Wasserburg am Inn
The Inn river forms a wide loop around the perfectly restored medieval peninsular
town of Wasserburg. Crossing the river by the only bridge which leads into the Old
Town you will marvel at the panorama of colorful house facades, the Fortress of 1085
and the ancient churches. In the narrow lanes visitors are welcome in traditional
stores, in art galleries and museums, in modern restaurants and in the “Beer
